Microsoft Azure will be undergoing database maintenance. During the maintenance event there is the possibility of brief disruptions (up to 5 minutes) to your experience with Lexmark Cloud Services. The disruptions may affect users in the European (EU) data center. The Lexmark Cloud Services engineering team will be closely monitoring this event and will post additional notifications in case of an extended disruption.
The issue impacting Lexmark Cloud Print Management job submissions has been fully resolved. Only older LPMC clients, such as version 3.3.3, were affected. All services are now operating normally. We apologize for any inconvenience this service interruption may have caused. Lexmark remains committed to continually enhancing our Cloud Services platform and improving our processes.
