Beginning at 14:00 UTC, Microsoft Azure will be undergoing database maintenance. During the maintenance event there is the possibility of brief disruptions (up to 5 minutes) to your experience with Lexmark Cloud. The disruptions may affect users in both the North American (US) and European (EU) data centers. The Lexmark Cloud Services engineering team will be closely monitoring this event and will post additional notifications in case of an extended disruption.

Description

Lexmark Cloud Services (LCS) is making updates to analytics reporting to improve performance, usability, and long-term scalability across the analytics platform. ** What’s changing ** As part of this work, several analytics reports are being updated as we modernize how data is presented and maintained in LCS. The following reports are being updated on March 31: * CSC Summary * CVE Trends * Print Summary * Security Dashboard These reports will continue to be available within Analytics, with improvements delivered as the updates are completed. ** Temporary change to Print Outlier report ** The Print Outliers report will be temporarily unavailable while it is being rebuilt. The updated Print Outliers report will be available in mid-June. In the meantime, the Full Data Export still provides access to the underlying CPM data to support any critical workflows.  ** What customers should expect ** * No action is required * Most analytics reports will remain available as listed above * We welcome feedback if this disrupts your workflows If you have questions or concerns, please contact Lexmark Support so we can better understand your needs.

The issue affecting the Lexmark Cloud Services platform has been resolved. All services are operational. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused to our customers due to an interruption in our services. Lexmark will continue to work towards the improvement of our Lexmark Cloud Services platform and our processes.

Lexmark remains aware of an ongoing issue impacting our CFM platform. While the primary incident has been resolved, device enrollments and printer updates may continue to be delayed. Our investigation and remediation of the issue is ongoing, and we are working to address the issue as quickly as possible.
