[Investigating] Lexmark is aware of an issue with our Translation Assistant service in the US datacenter. Translating a document in the web portal and sending to a cloud print queue can fail. All other translation paths, including using the printer app, are working as expected. We are investigating and will update you with additional details as they become available.

Description

Beginning on 12 May 2024, at 14:00 UTC, Microsoft Azure will be undergoing database maintenance. During Microsoft’s maintenance event there is the possibility of brief disruptions (up to 5 minutes) to your experience with Lexmark Cloud. The disruptions may affect users in both the North American (US) and European (EU data centers. The Lexmark Cloud Services engineering team will be closely monitoring this event and will post additional notifications in the case of an extended disruption.
