1. Lexmark will be introducing two new required hostnames for Native Agent enrollments. These hostnames will become mandatory on or after May 15. Customers who manage firewall access using hostname whitelisting must ensure that the following hostnames are added to their firewall rules to avoid enrollment issues:
prod-lex-cloud-iot-staging-1.azure-devices.net
prod-lex-cloud-iot-staging-2.azure-devices.net
2. Lexmark has also updated the hostname used for firmware downloads. Please verify that your firewall configuration allows access to the hostname below to ensure continued firmware update functionality:
lcsconfigurationad7e5b.blob.core.windows.net
