[Investigating] The performance issues affecting the Lexmark Cloud Services platform have been mitigated. Users may still experience intermittent communication failure messages while using Cloud Fleet Management (CFM). Despite these messages, we believe all CFM services are currently operational. Lexmark will continue to investigate the communication issue to ensure a complete resolution.

On 20 April 2025, beginning at 14:00 UTC, Microsoft Azure will be undergoing database maintenance. During Microsoft’s maintenance event there is the possibility of brief disruptions (up to 5 minutes) to your experience with Lexmark Cloud. The disruptions may affect users in both the North American (US) and European (EU) data centers. The Lexmark Cloud Services engineering team will be closely monitoring this event and will post additional notifications in case of an extended disruption.

Description

On April 9th, 2025, Lexmark will be updating the Lexmark Cloud Services (LCS) Terms of Use (TOU). When an organization administrator logs into the LCS portal, they will see the new TOU and must Accept it to continue to the dashboard. If your company has a signed agreement with Lexmark, your existing agreement is still in effect. The TOU are not changing for you.
