[Investigating] Lexmark has detected an issue in our US data center that is affecting our Cloud Fleet Management services. Printer information may be slow to update, and newly enrolled printers may be slow to appear in the list of enrolled printers. Cloud Fleet Management services in the European (EU) data center are not affected.

Description

On 1 June 2025, beginning at 14:00 UTC, Microsoft Azure will be undergoing database maintenance. During Microsoft’s maintenance event there is the possibility of brief disruptions (up to 5 minutes) to your experience with Lexmark Cloud. The disruptions may affect users in the European (EU) data center. The Lexmark Cloud Services engineering team will be closely monitoring this event and will post additional notifications in case of an extended disruption.
