[Resolved] The issue affecting the Lexmark Cloud Services platform has been resolved. All services are operational. The issue in the EU data center that caused intermittent log in disruptions was due to a scaling issue. The platform’s services were scaled to meet demand but were unable to scale appropriately. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused our customers due to an interruption in our services. Lexmark will continue to work towards the improvement of our Lexmark Cloud Services platform and our processes.
