Lexmark recently identified that some Fleet Agents stopped communicating with our EU datacenter on January 27. During this time, an issue occurred that may have prevented the Fleet Agent from maintaining or re‑establishing its connection. While our agents are designed to automatically recover from most connectivity disruptions, this particular event may require manual intervention. We recommend that all customers review their Fleet Agents and restart the Fleet Agent service if any are not currently communicating. We are updating the Fleet Agent software to ensure it can properly recover from this type of scenario in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this service interruption may have caused.
