[Investigating] Microsoft has notified Lexmark that, as of 09:30 UTC on 10 September 2025, Azure is experiencing service disruptions in the East US 2 region. As a result, users may encounter issues accessing or using the Lexmark Cloud Services platform. Microsoft is actively working to resolve the issue, and we will provide an update as soon as service is fully restored.

On 7 September 2025, beginning at 11:00 UTC, Lexmark will be undergoing database maintenance. During the maintenance event all Analytics services may be unavailable for 4 hours. The disruption will affect Analytics services in the North American (US) data center. All other Lexmark Cloud Services will remain fully functional.
